This older, newly renovated Parkview house required a new outdoor space as the garden was not initially considered. The client’s brief was to create a more useable space, to upgrade the entrance and make this Parkview property more inviting and install facilities needed for a modern outdoor life style.

Space was a precious commodity, and every inch was used as an extension of the home using different zones with in the space allowing for separate and functional uses and combination of simple, bold design was used in scale to make an impact.

The use of low maintenance succulents, Crassula Arborescens, Senecio Serpens and Ornamental grasses give a layered texture and create a backdrop to sculptural form plants such as Strelitzia, Tree aloes and Agaves

Spatial flow and easy access to the garden created a flow between in and out.
